After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee final acceptance. We may cancel or decline orders in cases such as suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock/fulfillment constraints.

4. Shipping and delivery

Orders are fulfilled through global supplier and logistics partners. Delivery timelines vary by destination, customs processes, and demand. Any delivery estimate is indicative only.

5. Refunds and damaged items

We provide 7-day support for items that arrive damaged or faulty. You must contact support within 7 days of confirmed delivery with order details and evidence (e.g., photos/video).

6. Warranty and usage

Basic warranty support applies to manufacturing faults. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novalux Living is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the site or products.
